APPLICATION AND PAYMENT FOR HOTELS
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodations should apply via online no later than 20th July 2006. Application should be accompanied by a remittance of the total amount
of the room charge plus corresponding fee of JPY525 due Kinki Nippon Tourist. No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment. All payment must be in Japanese Yen. If the remittance
covers more than one person, or if the name of the remitter is not the same as the participants, please inform us the name of each participant. Payment should be in the form of one of the following
credit card.

CANCELLATION
In the event of change or cancellation should modify via online till 20th July 2006. After 21st July, written notification should be sent to the following Secretariat by E-Mail. The following
cancellation fees will be deducted before any refund is made, in addition to the corresponding fee.
